About Beavida
Beavida was created by a small independent female led team with roots in the marketing agency Crazy Caracal OÜ. It is a self funded passion driven project built to support and empower women navigating every aspect of life. This means that new product releases are carefully curated rather than frequent, and our decisions are completely free from investor pressure or outside influence - with one important exception: our customers.
Our products are created with women in mind. We use the terms woman and women to make our lives easier. In reality we support anyone who experiences menstrual cycles, menopause or hormonal changes regardless of their gender identity. We are also planning a small range tailored for men in the future, as hormonal wellbeing is not exclusive to one sex and nobody should feel left out.

Absolutely. Beavida celebrates and supports diversity. Without it the world would be a boring place. And besides, more love is what we need, not less. We love you for who you are with all the wrinkles, morning breath and pre-period or perimenopause attitude.

Products
Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. They are formulated to support general wellbeing and are marketed as lifestyle products. Or the short answer: No.
Our products are made with naturally sourced ingredients and our manufacturing partners hold organic and bio certifications. However, as we have chosen not to pay for the formal certification ourselves, we cannot legally use the term organic or bio on our labels. This allows us to offer high quality products without the additional price tag that comes with certification and would have been passed on to you, the customer.
We work with trusted manufacturing partners within Europe who follow strict quality and safety standards. The origin of the ingredients are stated on the packaging.
Yes, our products are vegan unless otherwise stated. And no — we do not test on animals. The only beings ever mildly harmed in the process were a few brave colleagues who sipped the teas too hot during tasting sessions.
In our consumable products you will not find any plastic. We also aim to keep our packaging plastic free whenever possible. Please refer to the specific product description for full packaging details.

Full ingredient lists are provided on every product page so you can review them before purchasing. Please note that while we do our best to avoid cross contamination, we cannot completely exclude the possibility of contact with common allergens during storage or shipping.
Shipping and Orders
We ship to most accessible European countries, focusing on places where your wellness goodies can arrive quickly and safely. For friends outside the EU, please note that import fees may apply. You can find the full list of countries and all the details on our shipping page.
Delivery times vary depending on the country, but most orders reach our European customers within 3–7 business days. A tracking code will be provided so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Yes. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking link via email.
If your order has not yet been processed, we can usually make changes. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Orders are processed within 24 hours. If you'd like it to be shipped on the same day, please place your order before 1 pm (CET).
All our parcels are shipped from Germany.
If the product (tea, supplement, or essential oil) has been opened, it cannot be returned. Please get in touch with our customer support team to discuss available options.

If it's a physical product please check your tracking code to find out where your order is. It might still be in transit or it could've been dropped off at your neighbour's. If something doesn't seem right, please get in touch with us.
